Please be aware that all orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.
Depending on the destination and order value, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These fees are not included in your purchase and must be covered by the recipient.


Delivery Timeframe

UK Deliveries
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked, with an estimated delivery time of 1–3 working days, depending on your location.

International Deliveries
International tracked shipping is available and the cost is calculated at checkout.

Please note: As our pieces are made to order, we kindly ask that you allow 7–14 days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

Returns Policy

Please note that custom-made dresses are non-returnable.

All other eligible returns will be refunded in the form of store credit.

To qualify for a return and refund, items must meet the following conditions:

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unused.

The return must include the order number, original packaging, and all accessories or additions.

Returns must be shipped within 15 days of the delivery date.

Please note:
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns or exchanges. We do not provide pre-paid return labels at this time. 

Unfortunately, we no longer offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item for store credit, and place a new order.
